The crash took place toward the end of the morning rush on Thursday, Feb. 28  after a gray Honda Pilot slammed into a utility pole in front of the Ski Haus in Brewster, eyewitness Nick Ramundo told Daily Voice.

The crash caused state police and NYSEG to close the right lane, backing up traffic past Patterson, Ramundo said
